Below are the COVID rules in the Mainport Hotel that may have a possible impact on your stay.
During check-in you will be asked for one of the following 3 official documents:
- A vaccination certificate or QR code of vaccination at least 14 days ago
- A negative PCR test result or QR code that is not older than 72 hours
- A cured statement that the guests have recently been cured from Covid-19
If you do not have these documents, you can of course still stay overnight with us and use our wonderful facilities such as Spa Heaven and health club H20. The only thing is that we are not allowed to welcome guests in our restaurant Down Under for breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner. Of course we also have a suitable solution, namely the following:
- Guests can order room service in the room. Room service does have an additional cost of €7.50 per serving.
- Guests can use the Take Away option. This means that they place an order and pick it up at the agreed time at the designated pick up point in the hotel.
