Dennis Jul Pedersen has an extensive career with executive roles within shipping, oil and gas services and offshore wind prior to current role as Chief Executive Officer for Port Esbjerg. Mr. Pedersen is a Danish Citizen and has been residing in Norway, Scotland, Abu Dhabi and Singapore before returning to Esbjerg, Denmark.

Commencing his career in the Merchant and Royal Danish Navy prior to taking on roles in the offshore industry, as Towmaster, Marine Manager and Operations Director before embarking on General Management and Chief Executive positions for the last decade.

Mr. Pedersen is a master mariner and hold a Master of Business Administration from Aberdeen Business School and is also a Doctoral Candidate from the University of Liverpool.
