Telecommunications Engineer by the University of Seville and Master by the University of Cadiz, Manuel Francisco Martinez spent his first working years in private telecommunications companies. In 2007, at the age of 32, he was appointed Director of the ZAL of the Bay of Algeciras, a position he held for 11 years and where he fell in love with logistics. In 2018 he decided to join logistics and telecommunications, becoming CTO of the Port Authority of Huelva, a position he currently holds. He is a member of the DTLF representing HuelvaPort and Europlatforms, an association of which he was Secretary General from 2014 to 2019.
